HOTEL RESERVATIONS WEBSITE USE:

The reservations feature of the website is solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related services and products and to make reservations.

You are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions.

You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorised by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all money due under such terms or conditions.

The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels and resorts owned or managed by

MUSCATEL LLP.

You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by MUSCATEL HOTELS & RESORTS on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the CREDIT / DEBIT CARD which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. MUSCATEL HOTELS & RESORTS reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

HOTEL RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Arrival & Departure Policy: Check-in time is 1400 hours while Check-out time is 1200 hours for all Muscatel Hotels & Resorts Properties. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the hotel policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. Muscatel Hotels &

Resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document. The primary age for all the guests must be at least 18yearss, to check -in all Muscatel Hotels & Resorts.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy: Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out ( Subject to availability of Rooms ) will be charged at INR 300 per hour.

Additional Guest Policy: Muscatel Hotels & Resorts operate only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra guests above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed may be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservations in Deluxe Room, Super Deluxe, Super Deluxe with Mountain View, Premium Room, Suite Rooms, Family Rooms, Attic Rooms and Studio with Mountain View.

Child Policy:

Child Sharing for up to two children below 5 years without an extra bed is complimentary. Child Sharing for 1 child above 5 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of Cancellation of flight or train or road trip due to any unforeseen reason, the room cancellation charges will remain applicable as per the applicable cancellation policy.

No penalty for modification or cancellation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date. The entire stay amount will be charged for modification or cancellation within 10 days of the arrival date.

Payment Policy: Payment can be made using the credit card, payment gateway link, deposit in the bank account before the due date.

Applicable Taxes:

Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.

Travel Agent Commission:

Travel Agents can claim a 10% commission on Booking rates at the time of booking the room reservation only.

Other Charges:

Extra Bed ( Mattress ): INR 500 plus taxes per person

Child No Bed: INR 500 plus taxes per child

Buffet Breakfast ( Subject to availability): 300 Plus taxes per person

Buffet Lunch / Dinner ( Subject to availability ): 500 Plus taxes per person

Muscatel Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without prior information.
Muscatel Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
